A photo of Chun’s nose

I never get tired of staring at my Chun-Chun’s nose.

Tomorrow we will take Ping to our vet. Today he has been about the same. He showed some interest in food and water, but didn’t end up wanting more than a mouthful or two. Right now he is taking a bath on the comfy chair with Tashi snuggled up to him.

    PING IS EATING!!!

    Yay!

I knew the finest of tuna would get his attention.

BOOP. That Chun has one of the finest kitty noses ever.

    Sending healthy thoughtlets Ping’s way.

    (And meditating on Chun’s nose.)

  7. minlit says:

I love tabby rustiness around the nose – Mojo has that. Cats here organising a meditation morning for Ping.

  8. Lauri says:

It is a beautiful nose. I could gaze at it for hours!

Murray and Ping will both have vet visits today. Here’s hoping for the best for both of them!

  9. Kitty and I have our paws crossed that Ping is feeling better and that the vet has some good news for you. And that the trip to the vet isn’t too scary. (If cats were meant to ride in cars, we’d have longer legs so we could drive!)

And roll the window down and hang our elbows out.

    • littlemiao says:

Ping agrees. He does not consider cars, or airplanes, appropriates means of royal transportation. Many years ago, he flew across the Pacific ocean in a little kitty box under my seat. Then he was subjected to a roadtrip, from SoCal to Wisconsin.

      • Lurkertype says:

My previous Ping-type kitty loved riding in the car. He’d just be on a leash, not in a crate. He liked looking out the windows and sniffing the breeze. He even liked the interstate. He’d only hunker down when we turned down the street to the vet’s.

People would do double-takes. They’d see him in the car, and he was so big, they’d assume he was a dog. Then they’d realize he was a cat and all start talking and pointing. He used to like to go to the drive-through with Mr. LT and once the whole crew came to the window to look at him.

It wasn’t safe, but it was adorable.

  10. P.S. Chun’s nose is very cute.

  11. Dianda says:

We got out fingers crossed for Ping here too! and We’ll send good thoughts your way.

And that’s an adorable nose. šŸ™‚ Great shot!

  12. trishc1812 says:

Such a regal kitty stare. Love the nose. I wish I could scritch him right there on his little out-lined nose.

I hope Ping gets good news while he is visiting his fur-doctor.

    • littlemiao says:

      thank you, trisch!

We can’t get to the vet until 3pm today. We gave him his morning fluids (150ml) and hopefully that will last him until he gets to the vet. He showed some interest in breakfast this morning, so now he has eaten two (little) meal in a row – not much, but better than nothing.

Thank you, wonderful peeps, for your continued good thoughts! The floofy king is napping on a bed upstairs with Tashi.

  13. *beep*
Happy thoughts still going to King Ping!
