one more week

One more week of blue doughnuts – the only thing that Sprocket doesn’t want more of.

The doctor is pleased with the healing, but she still wants to wait another week to remove the staples and stitches. So, one more week of confinement and separation from his Miaoly brother and uncles.

Pleh! Well, we are going to get this good and healed up, aren’t we? At least the vet is being super cautious! We wouldn’t want anything to break open once the zooming commences! Hang in there, Sprockey …you can doooo eeet! You, too, lm! 🙂

  4. It’s going to be a looooong week for him (and you). He (and you) can do it!

  5. I’m glad the doctor is pleased, even if Sprocket won’t be. Just one more week, and he’ll be up and running with the big boys. Hope you get a break then too!

  6. Freedom Smith says:

His cute expression must be saying, “NO, not one more week!! I want to see my buddies!” I know it will be difficult to wait one more week. I hope it passes quickly. Sprocket is going to be so adorable in pictures. I love his expression!

The blue puffy collar is such a nice contrast to his whiskers, though. It’ll be a shame to lose it. 🙂

i’m reading backward through all the posts i’ve missed and i think i’m going to miss that cute blue contrast on sprocket. while i can totally appreciate that sprocket wants it off, it’s a very nice look.
